Enraged creatures are ordinary-looking animals — rabbits, hinds, harts, black bears and eagles — that a meer mage calls up to fight for it. They only exist while their summoner does.

Overview

  • In-game names: a rabbit, a hind, a great hart, a black bear or an eagle, each with the tag enraged under the name
  • Corpse: a hare corpse, a deer corpse (hind and hart), a bear corpse or an eagle corpse
  • Five kinds: the enraged rabbit, hind, hart, black bear and eagle all have identical stats; only their look and name differ.
  • Behavior: it stays near the meer mage that summoned it and attacks whatever it's told to; it fights in melee.
  • Movement: it is one of the faster creatures in the game (fast speed).

Stats

Stat Value
Strength 50–200
Dexterity 50–200
Hit points 50–200
Stamina 50–200
Melee damage its weapon, or the default unarmed damage
Armor rating 0
Fame / Karma 0 / −1,000

Skills

It has no skills: every skill is 0.

All five kinds roll Strength and Dexterity between 50 and 200. Hit points are rolled between 50 and its Strength, and stamina between 50 and its Dexterity, so a weak roll can leave it fragile. It has no Fame and no skills.

Special behaviors

  • Tied to its summoner. If the meer mage that summoned it dies or is deleted, the enraged creature vanishes at once.
  • Without a target it wanders back toward its summoner (as if told to come) but never truly follows it.
  • Calls in its master. When an enraged creature attacks a player, or a player's pet or summon, its meer mage joins the attack on that target, as long as the mage isn't already fighting someone else. Karma doesn't matter here.
  • Clicking it shows enraged above its name.

Loot

It carries no loot.

Carving

There's nothing to carve from its corpse.

Location

  • Summoned by meer mages: a meer mage sometimes summons a group of five of them around its target (see that page). They don't spawn any other way.

Tips

  • Kill the meer mage first: every enraged creature it summoned disappears with it.
  • They give no loot and nothing to carve, so don't waste time on them once the mage is down.
  • Their hit points vary a lot (50–200), so some fall in one or two hits.
